Due to strong growth and expansion, we are recruiting an Audit Director for our Privately Owned Business team in Bristol. You will support local and national partners, develop the audit team, enhance client offerings, and contribute to our strategy for sustainable growth.

• Lead the client service management team in formulating audit strategy and planning.
• Serve as a technical expert, providing advice and leadership to the audit team and clients.
• Maintain control and stability under pressure while recognising deadlines and urgency.
• Present audit opinion summaries and other reporting documents, including group reporting and audit committee papers.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities and prospects for new work.

• Significant experience leading external audits and managing a portfolio of clients and audit teams.
• ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified.
• Experience controlling a diverse portfolio of audit clients across sectors.
• Experience at Director level with a desire to step up to Partner.
• Client relationship management experience.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS
  102 and IFRS.
• Previous success in winning new business.
