Basic salary £35,000, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive. OTE £36,750 – £42,000.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service, proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties, address maintenance issues, chase rental arrears, and negotiate deposit returns and disputes. Leveraging your strong technical knowledge of property management, you will not only effectively resolve complex issues but also play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing your comprehensive expertise with the team.

Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in residential Property Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience developing and mentoring staff, conducting effective training sessions.
  • ARLA qualification and in‑depth technical knowledge of current market trends and regulations.
  • Exceptionally organised and composed.
  • Exceptional customer service skills consistently delivered in previous roles.
