• Shape strategy and oversee a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors.
• Drive operational excellence and deliver high‑quality outsourced accounting, payroll, and compliance services.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to grow the business and deliver impactful change.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services to clients.
• Manage and develop staff, coordinating staff projects, mentoring, counselling, appraising, and recruiting.

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Significant experience delivering international accounting projects with operations in different countries using, or within, a shared service centre.
• Proven experience managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams within a project management framework.
• Experience delivering business development activities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and initiative.
