• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, the timing of work, and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, following Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and also work independently as needed.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking, with a professional attitude.
