Building Services Engineer - IMMEDIATE START

Bristol - Large Warehouse Distribution Site

Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Up to £27 per hour

Temporary (with potential to go permanent)

We are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer to work on a large, well-established warehouse site in Bristol on behalf of a globally known facilities maintenance company. This is a Monday to Friday, days-only role with no call-out, offering a strong hourly rate and the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Working on a range of building services including mechanical and electrical systems
• Fault finding, repairs, and general site maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures
• Liaising with site management and contractors as required

• Proven experience as a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer
• Mechanical or Electrical bias (multi-skilled preferred)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working independently on a large commercial/industrial site
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations

• Up to £27 per hour
• Stable Monday to Friday, 8-5 working hours
• Long-term temporary work with potential to go permanent
• Working on a modern, large-scale warehouse facility
