• Develop meticulous switching programs and actively contribute to the testing and commissioning of HV/LV distribution systems, including switching operations.
• Champion a culture of safety by implementing robust safety practices, reporting incidents, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating audits to ensure a positive Health and Safety environment.
• Play a pivotal role in team development and continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with the management team to elevate team performance.

• To excel in this role, you will possess a robust DNO/IDNO SAP background, underscored by relevant competency certificates and comprehensive training. While experience within an ICP setting and familiarity with Jointing would be advantageous, they are not prerequisites.
• Essential certifications: NRSWA, SSSTS, EUSR, and a valid driving license.
• An action-oriented mindset, consistently demonstrating your ability to meet deadlines and "make it happen."
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within your team while exploring innovative approaches to task completion.
