Mobile Vehicle Technician - Bristol at RAC

• A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £50,000
• A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
• 40 hours per week, core hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays

• Provide first‑class mechanical repairs and diagnostics at customer locations (driveways, office car parks, etc.)
• Engage with customers, give practical advice, and represent the RAC brand with pride
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear communication with customers
• Work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturday work and staying available 8 am–8 pm during the first month

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
