Hours:

37 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 07:00-19:00 with 2‑shift basis:
Mail 07:15‑15:00 or Parcel 11:00‑19:00. Sunday shift 10:00‑18:00.

As a Delivery Postie with Driving, you will deliver mail and parcels to customers while maintaining excellent customer service. Your role includes meeting delivery schedules, working in all weather conditions, and ensuring accuracy of deliveries.

• Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
• Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

• A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
• Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of 1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week
• 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year

For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35–40 hours per week are listed as full‑time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part‑time in the employment contract.
