The team supports clients across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, governance and regulatory compliance, scheme documentation, corporate transactions, restructurings, PPF‑related processes, and public‑sector arrangements.

We pride ourselves on delivering clear, commercial and pragmatic advice. Our lawyers work seamlessly across all 13 offices and collaborate closely with colleagues in employment and corporate teams to provide joined‑up support on complex and strategic pensions issues.

You will have a recognised market profile, together with a proven track record of developing and sustaining client and referrer relationships, and the credibility and confidence to win work and grow a practice within a national platform.
