We have been instructed by a top 50 UK Law firm who are looking to expand their Tier 1 Corporate team. Not only has this firm been ranked highly by the Legal 500, but they have also recently been awarded a platinum accreditation by Investors in people in recognition of the firm's investment in its employees.

The Corporate team have been awarded a Tier one recognition acting for a high quality client base on a wide range of corporate matters to include M&A, capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and investment funds.

The team is looking for a bright, driven and ambitious Corporate Solicitor of 1 + PQE to join them who has had the benefit of solid Corporate M&A transactional work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding firm that is well known as a market leader, to manage a case load of high-quality matters, within a supportive team.
