Salary: £85,000 to £95,000 (depending on PQE and experience)

A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years' post qualification experience to join its award winning Real Estate team in Bristol. This is an outstanding opportunity to take on high quality work, manage significant client relationships, and progress your career within a collaborative, forward thinking environment known for excellence.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a varied and high value caseload of commercial real estate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions, disposals, and asset management
  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Advising on complex transactional and advisory real estate issues
  • Leading on client relationships and supporting business development
  • Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on major projects
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 3-5 years PQE in commercial real estate
  • Strong technical knowledge and drafting ability
  • Confidence managing files independently and supervising junior team members
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills
  • A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
