In-House Commercial Contracts Legal Executive
Bristol
I am recruiting for an in-house commercial contracts legal executive at a specialist technical services company.
Overview Responsibilities- Review, negotiate, manage and occasionally draft commercial contracts
- Strong exposure to NEC, JCT and bespoke agreements
- Support bids and tenders, including compliance
- Experience in commercial legal work circa 3 years +
- UK contract law and public procurement knowledge
- Proven ability to negotiate and advise on complex commercial contracts
- Experience in construction, engineering – desired
