This is a Associate opportunity within the Commercial Property team, based in Bristol. You will be joining at an early stage in the life of the office, with the chance to help shape how the practice develops locally while being fully supported by an established wider platform.

The role combines high-quality commercial property work with genuine influence. You will run your own matters, manage client relationships directly and work closely with senior colleagues as the Bristol presence grows. There is space here to build something, not just inherit a caseload.

This hire is expected to have visibility. You will play an active role in developing the Bristol office, contributing to how clients are won, serviced and retained in the region. Business development is part of the role, but done sensibly and collaboratively, focusing on long-term relationships rather than quick wins.

You will also support the development of the team as it grows, helping to set standards and shape culture from day one.

This role will suit a commercial property solicitor with 3+ years  PQE who is comfortable running matters independently, confident with clients and interested in playing a visible role in building a regional practice. It will particularly appeal to someone who wants to be part of a Bristol growth story from the ground up.
