You will be joining at Senior or Managing Associate level, depending on your experience, and will work closely with partners on high-value matters as well as running your own transactions. The role can flex to suit your strengths, but will involve responsibility for complex commercial property work, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to the team's growth. If you have experience in telecoms code agreements this will be particularly valuable, though it is not essential.

• Circa four years PQE or more in commercial property within a strong practice
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills with a track record of handling complex matters
• Commercial acumen and confidence in financial management, billing and WIP control
• A proactive approach to business development and client relationships
• The ability to supervise and mentor more junior lawyers
• A collaborative mindset with the drive to contribute to a growing team
