A leading top tier multi office law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Director to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. This is a senior opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to play a key strategic role within a top-tier practice known for advising major developers, investors, financial institutions, corporate occupiers, and public-sector bodies.

As a Legal Director, you will:

• Lead and manage a wide range of complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, asset management, development projects, and real estate finance matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers within the team.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client relationship management, and the growth of the practice.
• Work closely with partners on strategic matters, with genuine opportunities for partnership progression.

You will ideally have:

• 8+ years’ PQE within a respected real estate practice.
• Strong technical expertise across commercial real estate, with experience managing large-scale transactions.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• A commercially minded approach and strong client-facing skills.
