Michael specialises in transport and logistics, development and regeneration projects, and works closely with private and public bodies on a range of real‑estate matters.
Aboutthe Role
The team is in expansion mode and is looking for a further lawyer to join them. We are seeking a Senior or Managing Associate with strong real‑estate experience, ideally with experience in telecoms code agreements. The role can be adapted to the level of experience of the chosen candidate. Our ideal candidate has approximately 4 years of PQE+ acquired within a strong commercial practice.
YourSkills And Qualifications
- Directly relevant experience and the correct level of post‑qualified experience (PQE) for the role.
- A strong commercial acumen and understanding of the industry.
- A proven track record of competent financial management, ability to meet client expectations and sound case management skills.
- Self‑motivated, friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Consistent demonstration and embodiment of the firm’s values.
- Good IT skills, experience and confidence with using case management systems, electronic time recording and general Microsoft packages.
- Work to a consistently high level and provide exemplary client service and care.
- Competent financial management and commercial awareness, including accurate time recording, billing, achievement of firm‑delivered targets and management of WIP.
- Actively contribute toward business‑development opportunities to ensure retention of existing clients and expansion of business.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical expertise at all times.
- Be competent at all times in accordance with the SRA competence standards.
