Position: Solicitor - Commercial Property PQE 1+

Solicitor - Commercial Property - Bristol - PQE 1+

Salary: £50,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience)

A respected national law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding Real Estate team in Bristol, with a particular focus on Education Property work. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative, high‑performing environment known for its specialist expertise and values‑driven culture.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Handling a range of Commercial Property transactions
  • Supporting a nationally recognised Education Property practice
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Attending clients both in‑office and off‑site where required
  • Working collaboratively within the Real Estate team and wider firm
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining high professional standards, compliance, and CPD
  • Participating in team meetings, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:

  • Experience in Commercial Property (Education sector experience desirable)
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently on straightforward matters
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confidence, motivation, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work collaboratively
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
