Employment Associate - Up to £85,000 salary + Excellent Benefits Package

The Role

This firm is a growing Bristol-based employment practice, advising an impressive list of clients within financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors. Recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners as one of the best law firms in the South-West, this is an excellent opportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing practice, with longstanding relationships on an international scale.

You will undertake a varied workload of employment matters, involving complex whistleblowing, discrimination and breach of contract litigation.

The Candidate

• Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years of post qualification experience
• Must have experience acting on tribunal claims and other contentious matters
• A high level of commerciality, with excellent time management, and the ability to offer practical advice
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Seeking a new challenge within a quality practice
