Responsibilities- Help organisation to get maximum value from their investment in technology
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the technology’s usage aligns with the organisation’s goals and objectives
- Develop work plans for implementing new technology solutions
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption and usage of new technology
- Interact with users to identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to overcome them
- Measure the success of the adoption process, adjusting as needed
- Assess the organisation’s current technology usage and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the best practices, capabilities, and usages of the technology, to ensure the organisation is using the most effective solutions
- Work with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations
- Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams
- Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing
All applicants must hold an SC or DV (Developed Vetting) clearance to apply.
- Proven experience in change management (or equivalent); including leadership alignment, stakeholder identification and analysis, detailed change impact assessment, end-user training, and developing and executing organisational change management plans
- Experience in Hyperscale Cloud Platforms transformation is desirable
- Experience leading and planning training programmes for technology adoption
- Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
- Experience of managing client relationships, including previous consulting experience
- Strong end-user interaction skills, excellent networking, building working relationships with diverse and cross functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple, conflicting deadlines without compromising on quality
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and remain detail orientated
- Experience of leading business development activity in the technology adoption space
You’ll be based in Bristol, London or Manchester with hybrid working. Depending on the requirements of your role, you’ll have the opportunity to work in your local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites and remotely.
