Location:
Bristol (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite) Rate: £650-£800/day (Inside IR35) 6-month FTC Start: ASAP / latest April
Role Overview We're looking for a senior FS outsourcing procurement specialist to lead commercial negotiations, contract finalisation, and regulatory alignment for a critical programme. The work focuses on pensions registration, reconciliations, and FCA reporting , requiring deep experience in outsourcing / managed services within Financial Services .
Key Responsibilities Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution with outsourcing partners Ensure regulatory compliance (FCA, PRA, operational resilience) and protect company interests Support due diligence, audit-ready documentation, and risk mitigation Advise senior stakeholders and maintain alignment across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Programme teams Support operational transition, programme planning, and supplier governance Requirements Proven FS procurement experience in outsourcing / managed services (Outsourcing Specialist) Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management Familiarity with pensions, reconciliations, custody, or securities operations Comfortable in regulated FS environments (FCA/PRA) 9 years' experience- senior level candidates This is a high-visibility, hands-on FS outsourcing role — not generalist procurement.
