think of Gallagher. Overview Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for innovation? Were looking for a Senior Technology Manager to join our Global Platforms IT team at Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS). This is a key role in which youll bridge the gap between technology (GBS benefit system) and business, helping us deliver cutting-edge solutions to our global clients.

Youll work with a talented team of over 50 professionals, supporting our Health & Welfare (Flexible Benefits in the UK) business across the USA, Canada, Europe, and beyond. How you'll make an impact Lead architectural decisions for our Health & Welfare product portfolio, built on Microsoft technologies like C#.NET and SQL Server. (You can be hands-on with the coding, or have had experience in the past in this area).

Collaborate with global teams to design and deliver innovative, cloud-based solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating their needs into technical solutions. Coordinate multiple work streams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, acting as a key point of contact for IT-related queries. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes in Health & Welfare and flexible benefits.

About You Youre an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software architecture, software development, business analysis, and project coordination. Youve worked with Microsoft technologies like C#.NET and SQL Server, and youre excited about cloud migration. Youre a problem-solver with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts in plain English. Youre organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Knowledge of Health & Welfare or flexible benefits is a plus, but not essential. You must be eligible to work in the UK. At Gallagher, we believe in putting people first.
