* You would be joining a rapidly growing team and the
* Strong experience in training, enablement, or sales development
* Experience supporting
** sales organisations through transformation** (automation, AI, product evolution, organisational change)
* Knowledge of sales methodologies — familiarity with Command of the Message is a strong advantage
* Ability to convert theory into
** actionable workflows and AI‑enabled processes
*** Expertise in adult learning theory, LMS/CMS tools, and on‑demand content creation
* Experience with Salesforce, Sales Engagement tools, and Conversation Intelligence
* Analytical mindset — using data to guide decisions
* Creative, strategic, and collaborative working style
* Ability to build trust and encourage positivity
* Resilience, coachability, and openness to new ideas — essential in a dynamic UK office environment
** Basic Salary:** £70K
