🔐 Operational Technology (OT) Security / Network Manager

We’re recruiting a Security / Network Manager on behalf of a well-established organisation operating across IT and OT environments
. This is a senior role with genuine ownership of the network and security operating model
, covering strategy, service delivery, and team leadership.

You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of network and security services, setting strategy, defining how services operate, and ensuring resilient, well-governed operations. Working closely with Engineering, OT Operations, Compliance, and senior leadership, you’ll translate business objectives into clear roadmaps and delivery plans.

• Define and own the service strategy and operating model for network & security
• Lead, develop, and scale distributed teams; manage budgets and capacity
• Oversee operational performance including incident, problem, and change management (ITIL 4 aligned)
• Ensure high availability, stability, and effective service reporting
• Partner with senior stakeholders to turn strategy into executable plans
• Maintain strong governance, risk, and audit readiness aligned to IEC 62443, NIS/NIS2, and NCSC CAF
• Manage third-party and supplier risk
• 7–12 years in network and/or security roles
• 3–5+ years in people or operations leadership
• Proven experience running business-critical network & security services
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and owning service outcomes
• Experience in regulated, industrial, or OT environments highly desirable

• ITIL 4 Foundation
• ISACA CISM or (ISC)² CISSP
• Cisco CCNP / CCIE (desirable, not essential)
