We work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs, informed by insights into emerging trends including AI, HR technologies and workforce analytics.
The RoleWe are recruiting Digital Change Consultants (Consultant Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant grades) with proven digital change experience to join our People and Change Capability. You will help clients design and deliver digital change and transformation programmes, integrating technology adoption with behaviour change, organisational change, workforce transformation and new ways of working. You will typically work on complex transformation programmes where success depends on both technology and people adoption.
Hybrid working – in-office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. Actual time and location may vary by role, including up to 5 days per week on client sites.
QualificationsThis role is ideal for hybrid profiles who combine strengths in change management with digital, data, agile or product-led delivery. We are looking for experience in one or more of the following:
- Designing and delivering digital and data transformation programmes that balance technology implementation with behavioural and cultural change.
- Practical experience applying change management fundamentals and methodologies (impact assessment, engagement, communications, adoption measurement) in fast-moving digital environments.
- Embedding digital-first ways of working to drive enablement and adoption, including end-user adoption, mindset shift, capability building and coaching for leaders and teams.
- Understanding and applying digital tools and techniques, such as machine learning, automation, and predictive analytics, to develop insights and inform decision-making.
- Assessing the impact of large-scale digital transformations and embedding behavioural interventions to adopt new ways of working across all levels of an organisation.
- Integrating data analytics, interpretation and insights into change management, workforce planning, and decision-making processes.
- Understanding how digital platforms (e.g., ERP) impact workforce planning, culture, and decision-making.
- Leveraging data to measure change readiness and effectiveness to enable informed decision making.
- Advising on skills implications of digital and AI adoption, including reskilling and workforce transition.
- Conducting user research and engagement activities (interviews, workshops, usability testing) to inform digital change strategies.
Preferred attributes include high emotional intelligence, collaborative style, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to build trusted relationships, and interest in the future of work, AI, and people analytics. Professional accreditation or formal training is helpful but not essential; we emphasize learning and development.
