I am hiring for a growing and well-established Microsoft Dynamics Partner specialising in delivering innovative solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Due to continued growth and new client wins, we are looking for a skilled D365 Business Central Support Consultant to join the expert support team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a true consultancy environment, supporting a diverse client base across multiple industries, while developing your functional and technical expertise with the latest Microsoft technologies.
The RoleAs a Business Central Support Consultant, you will provide high-quality functional support to external clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from their ERP solution. You will work closely with consultants, developers, and project teams in a collaborative partner environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional system issues across finance and operations
- Support key modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehousing
- Manage support tickets and deliver resolutions within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with internal development teams for bug fixes and system enhancements
- Assist with client system upgrades, testing, and minor configuration changes
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
- Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or supporting multiple clients is highly desirable
- Strong functional knowledge, particularly within Finance modules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple client requests
- Understanding of AL, extensions, or integrations would be advantageous but not essential
- Salary up to £55,000
