Responsibilities
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution with outsourcing partners
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FCA, PRA, operational resilience) and protect company interests
- Support due diligence, audit-ready documentation, and risk mitigation
- Advise senior stakeholders and maintain alignment across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Programme teams
- Support operational transition, programme planning, and supplier governance
- Proven FS procurement experience in outsourcing / managed services (Outsourcing Specialist)
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with pensions, reconciliations, custody, or securities operations
- Comfortable in regulated FS environments (FCA/PRA)
- 9+ years' experience- senior level candidates
