Due to periods of growth and expansion a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for Graduate Consultants to join their amazing team.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Qualified to degree level (2:1 or above)
• A strong educational background to degree level in a STEM subject and Excellent A Level results
• Professionally oriented, with demonstrable customer-facing or client-facing skills
• An analytical approach to data
• Excellent interpersonal skills - explain technical solutions in a non-technical manner

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements, conducting discovery sessions to understand their environment, business objectives, and compliance needs.
• Identifying problems and establishing creative solutions
• Analyse data sets for trends and provide guidance on data strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve overall client satisfaction.
