About the job Network Infrastructure Manager

Are you a seasoned Network Infrastructure leader eager to lead digital transformation on a global scale? We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee high-quality Data centre, cloud, and office network services across multiple global regions. You will have the exciting opportunity to drive the modernization of the network, lead the migration to Azure Public Cloud, and manage a dynamic team responsible for Global Network, Voice, and Audio-Visual infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage global Network, Voice, and AV infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Lead strategic planning and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, development, and mentoring to a talented global team, ensuring their growth and performance.
  • Offer technical guidance in selecting and managing third-party infrastructure providers, ensuring optimal service quality.
  • Set standards and documentation for office connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, and physical setups, contributing to office moves and refurbishments.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company's IT network and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological transformation and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong proven experience in IT infrastructure & network management and team leadership experience.
  • Expertise in Networking, Hybrid, and Cloud infrastructure, with Cisco or Microsoft qualifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including SD WAN and SASE/SSE solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the flexibility to handle diverse challenges.
  • Experience in the professional or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience major suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of top-quality services.
  • Financial analysis proficiency, able to assess and present the financial impacts of infrastructure changes.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous development.
  • Global experience with strong cultural awareness, thriving in multi-site, multicultural environments.
  • Confidence in managing complexity and navigating ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL lifecycle management is highly desirable
