We are looking for a confident and communicative Business Analyst to join a growing organisation based in Bristol. This is a central role, bridging the gap between the business and IT teams, with a particular focus on improving systems and enabling better use of technology.

You will collaborate closely with .NET development teams to define and deliver practical solutions that support business needs. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement are vital for success in this role.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Work with developers to support system enhancements and new features
• Lead workshops and meetings with key stakeholders
• Help ensure solutions are fit for purpose and support wider business objectives

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within a tech-driven setting
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, particularly within Microsoft/.NET environments
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work across both technical and business-focused teams
• Methodical, proactive, and commercially aware approach to problem-solving
