Job OverviewThis role is for a Data Management Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract, offering £100k-£110k, based in London, Norwich, Bristol, or York.
Key skills include data management, data quality, and experience with tools like Informatica and Snowflake, preferably in Financial Services.

Regional: circa £100k / London: circa £110k.
- Practical experience of data management disciplines including Data Quality, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management, Data Retention and Privacy Management; DAMA CDMP would be an advantage but not essential.
- Broad understanding of the mechanics behind managing the data lifecycle and experience with the definition of metadata content standards and data models would be an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience successfully implementing systems such as Informatica EDC/Axon, Alation, Collibra, Atacama or similar in a multi-cloud environment, particularly utilising AWS services and Snowflake.
- Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders and peers, particularly those who may not be data literate.
- Practical knowledge and experience of data management technologies, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
Lead the implementation of data management best practice as part of the programme of integration of a major acquisition.
Drive the implementation of data management services, standards and best practice across the Aviva Group.
Ensure critical data is identified, curated and catalogued, with a keen eye on consistency and reuse across multiple complementary work streams and use cases.
