** About the Opportunity:
** We are recruiting for a major client to recruit a Performance Analyst to support data-driven decision making by engaging closely with business stakeholders. This role focuses on understanding business requirements, analysing data gaps across people, process, systems, and data, and shaping effective data products that meet organisational needs.
Working in a collaborative and governed environment, you will play a key role in guiding investment cases, supporting technical delivery, and ensuring data products align with business priorities while complying with policies, including the protection of Sensitive Information.
** What You’ll Be Doing:
** As a Performance Analyst, you will work with business stakeholders to capture requirements, analyse data, and communicate insights through clear analysis and visualisations. You will support the development of data products by working closely with architecture and technical delivery teams, ensuring outputs meet defined business requirements and governance standards.
** Key Responsibilities Will Include:
*** Working closely with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and confirm analytical and reporting requirements.
* Reviewing and interpreting business data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities across people, processes, systems, and data.
* Presenting insights and findings through clear, effective data products and visual outputs to support informed decision making.
* Defining and shaping investment cases in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet agreed business outcomes.
* Working alongside architecture and technical delivery teams to support the build and delivery of data products that align with business needs.
* Championing effective project controls, governance standards, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
* Partnering across teams to enable joined-up, integrated delivery.
* Maintaining compliance with relevant policies and controls, including requirements relating to the protection of Sensitive Information.
** What You Could Have:
*** Proven experience working with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate requirements.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and interpret business and performance data.
* Experience contributing to the development of data products, dashboards, or business-focused analytical outputs.
* An awareness of governance, risk, and compliance expectations within a regulated environment.
* Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical insights to a broad stakeholder audience
