Senior Infrastructure Analyst EUC / Infrastructure Support Analyst / EUC Specialist

Be a key player in a dynamic infrastructure team.

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join a growing Infrastructure team of a leading international professional services firm.

The role.

As a key player in this growing team, you will bring your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft SCCM & Intune, along with a strong grasp of Azure Virtual Desktop.

This role will see you offer third-line support for hardware and applications, encompassing Entra AD, Power Shell, O365, and Agile Methodology.

You will also

• Oversee Microsoft SCCM & Intune co-management with a focus on Application Deployment and security updates.
• Handle SCCM tasks, including task sequences, OS images, driver packages, and boot images.
• Manage Applications and Configurations related to Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Utilise scripting proficiency in Batch Files & Windows Power Shell for efficient application distribution and system management.
• Manage iOS & Android Applications and Policies via Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Proficiently manage Active Directory groups and security groups, showcasing a robust understanding of AD administration.
• Provide 3rd line support and troubleshooting through the Service Now ticketing system.
• Engage with third-party vendors to foster effective relationships in support of the EUC team.
• Contribute to documentation, communicating configuration changes, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the SME for the EUC ecosystem, responsible for all EUC configuration management and services.
• Contribute to the technical definition of the strategic roadmap and continuous improvement towards the digital data strategy.
• Demonstrate a logical and analytical mindset, translating complex technical information for non-technical users.
• Play an active role in mentoring and assisting junior team members.

About you.

We are seeking an Infrastructure analyst who can boast the following skills, qualifications, and accomplishments.

You will have.

• Proven experience as a Desktop Infrastructure Analyst, with proficiency in Microsoft SCCM & Intune co-management, including compliance policies, security updates, and device configurations.
• Demonstrated expertise in scripting, specifically in Batch Files & Windows Power Shell, for efficient application distribution and system management.
• Solid knowledge of managing SCCM tasks, such as task sequences, OS images, driver packages, and boot images.
• Experience implementing cloud integrations using Intune with Azure Virtual Desktop, ensuring streamlined deployment processes.
• Proven ability to provide 3rd line support and effective troubleshooting through the Service Now ticketing system.
• Strong commitment to documentation, communication of configuration changes, and adherence to internal compliance and IT governance.
