Lead Product Designer

Job Description

Central Bristol (hybrid 23 days per week)

ASAP start 6-month contract

500 / day (Inside IR35)

Lead UX design across multiple features and product streams (not limited to a single project).

Design and iterate on enterprise-grade dashboards and complex data visualisations.

Work closely with the UX leadership to define UX strategy and execution.

Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and locations influence product engineering operations and business stakeholders.

Adopt a lean UX approach: evidence-led discovery rapid prototyping user testing and pragmatic delivery.

Strong enterprise B2B SaaS experience (essential).

Proven track record designing dashboards / data-heavy interfaces.

Experience working across multiple features and products simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management skills comfortable working with people at different levels and locations.

A hands‑on adaptable approach: able to switch between discovery design and delivery in line with company priorities.

Availability to start ASAP and commit to a 6-month engagement.

High‑impact visible work on a next‑generation payroll / HR platform.

Immediate need due to high workload your contributions will be essential.
