Due to continued growth and βι expansion, a leading organisation is now hiring a Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful IT projects.

• 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in secure or regulated environments
• Experience with a variety of analysis techniques
• Demonstratable experience in designing operational processes
• Proven experience of Agile software development
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of service transition
• Proficient in requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and documentation
• Exposure to Financial systems
• Ability to extract and interpret data using SQL queries to produce clear, actionable analysis
• Experience working as an IT Business Analyst within financial environments
