We are seeking an experienced Senior Net Suite Consultant with deep expertise in Lead-to-Cash (LTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes alongside a solid understanding of financial processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing Net Suite solutions within IT services or distribution businesses. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business process knowledge, and client-facing consulting skills.

Day-to-day at Ekco:

As a Senior Net Suite Consultant reporting to the Head of ERP Business Systems, you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our ERP environment.

Your primary responsibilities include acting as the liaison between internal business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, and helping prioritize system improvements. You will analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for Net Suite enhancements. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Net Suite capabilities, and the ability to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.

You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure the ERP system supports growth, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through system design, configuration, and deployment.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.

  • Champion change management initiatives to maximise user adoption and business value.

Process Optimization & Innovation

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Net Suite capabilities

• Identify and implement automation opportunities within Net Suite and related business processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry best practices for IT services sector.

• Stay current with Net Suite releases and industry trends, proactively recommending innovative solutions.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Configure Net Suite modules including Financials, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.

• Lead full-cycle Net Suite implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Support testing, deployment & user training for new features & enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.

Technical Expertise

• Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.

Security, Compliance & Audit

• Ensure ERP processes comply with data integrity, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
