Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a role where you can make an impact? Join our Transformation and Projects team and play a key part in delivering initiatives that shape the strategic direction of the firm.
AboutThe Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be involved in the delivery of a diverse range of projects across Facilities, IT, Finance, and other business areas. From planning and execution to successful handover, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the firm, coordinating cross‑functional teams and third‑party suppliers to achieve results. This is a role for someone who thrives on delivering a diverse range of projects through collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple business‑focused projects within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Produce accurate resource forecasts and secure resources for timely delivery.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to keep projects on track.
- Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and project boards.
- Draft project documentation including business cases, stakeholder analysis, and testing plans.
- Negotiate and manage third‑party services and support contracts.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure smooth transition and handover.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and time‑critical schedules.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence and credibility when working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Clear documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
- Exposure to both business and technical projects.
- Formal qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, APMP, or MSP.
