On behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Procurement Systems Support Analyst for an initial 6-month contract based in Newcastle. It will be a hybrid model. Purpose of the role:
You will play a key role in supporting the rollout of Phase 2 of our new purchase ordering (PO) system, providing training, stakeholder support, and expert guidance in procurement processes to ensure successful adoption. You will also support Phase 1 to improve PO usage across the organisation. What you'll do:
Support colleagues in using procurement systems effectively. Assist with development and delivery of training materials for the new PO system. Monitor usage, analyse data, and engage stakeholders to drive adoption. Build strong relationships as a trusted point of contact for procurement support. Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve PO queries. Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates. Integrate sustainability principles into procurement activities.
What you'll need:
Experience in operational procurement, ideally within a large or multi-regional organisation Knowledge of procurement systems; SAP Concur PO experience advantageous Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to deliver high-quality results and process improvements Meticulous, detail-oriented, and technology-driven About the client Arup is an equal opportunity employer that actively promotes and nurtures a diverse and inclusive workforce.
