What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all AI use cases within the AI Hub, ensuring governance steps are followed and documented accurately.
- Build and update inventories of AI-related risks, mitigation plans, and link these to the model library and AI system inventory.
- Support operational activities by tracking use case progress, collecting compliance evidence, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Compile regular reports and dashboards on AI governance and risk and prepare updates for governance committees.
- Assist with audit actions and remedial activities to ensure timely resolution and compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across risk, data privacy, security, architecture, and third‑party teams to ensure effective governance and alignment.
- Help to improve and maintain governance processes, documentation, templates, and the AI Governance SharePoint site.
- Support vendor risk assessments and audit management processes alongside the Senior Business Analyst.

What you’ll bring:- Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Inquisitive, analytical mindset, capable of gathering, synthesising, and interpreting information from various sources.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and comprehensive documentation.
- Ability to present governance information clearly and confidently to diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes; experience in AI, data, or technology governance is an advantage.
- Collaborative team player who is comfortable working across functions and building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience with knowledge management and collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, is desirable.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
