We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join 5V Tech from a contract background, working within niche sectors within the EU market. The purpose of this role is to focus on cutting‑edge technology, within embedded systems or AI/Machine Learning. You’ll be dedicated to the EU region, with a strong emphasis on the Netherlands, building deep relationships with clients and candidates in a highly in‑demand technical niche.

We’re growing fast and expanding our Contract and Perm division in Bristol. We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who’s passionate about tech, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to become a recognised specialist in a cutting‑edge industry.

This is a great opportunity for an (experienced) recruiter ready to elevate their career, working alongside a supportive, driven team within one of Bristol’s leading tech recruitment consultancies.

• Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
• Establishing yourself as an industry specialist
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across contract roles in tech
• Sourcing top‑tier tech talent through networking, Linked In, and referrals
• Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
• Building elite talent pools within your industry specialism
• Collaborating with 5V Media to elevate and build your personal brand

• 360 recruitment experience – ideally contract
• Resilient, ambitious, and target‑driven
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects
• A true team player who brings energy and drive to everything they do
• Bonus: experience in tech recruitment or the US/EU
