As a Technical Specialist, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to resolve a variety of customer queries, translating their concerns into effective troubleshooting strategies.
You Will Be- Acting as the point of escalation to resolve installation and/or service enquiries, knowing the right questions to ask to reach a conclusive diagnosis
- Competent with electrical schematics and problem solving in a fast‑paced environment
- Building strong relationships and trust with customers through excellent communication
- Customer‑service centric, upholding the most professional, personable demeanour throughout to deliver service excellence
- Total technical astuteness, strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues across a range of ASHPs; specific Daikin Altherma experience would be highly advantageous
- City & Guilds in Heating & Ventilation Level 2 or equivalent experience
- F‑gas (2079) qualified, with adept experience handling refrigerants
- G3 unvented cylinders hot water systems
- Passion for mastering all technical issues, having been a point of escalation to resolve breakdowns and reactive service call‑outs
Interview 1:
Introduction and Exploration Call – With Your Daikin Recruitment Business Partner.
Purpose:

Structured Interview – With Hiring Manager.

Final Formal Interview – With Hiring Manager and a Senior Management Team Member.
Purpose:
Your opportunity to demonstrate your technical knowledge and expertise, by answering some in-depth technical questions relevant to the role.
