A market-leading organisation is recruiting Reporting Analysts with strong Power BI to join its growing team. This is a hands‑on, technical role focused on building and maintaining reporting solutions, driving management information, and analysing AI adoption and its benefits across the division.
The ideal candidate will develop and own the portfolio reporting and planning tools used across the team. They shall use Power BI to display, measure, and report on AI adoption and benefits realisation, convert data into clear insights, and work closely with project and programme managers and senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MI and dashboards.
Skills & Experience- 5+ years’ commercial experience in data/reporting/MI roles.
- Advanced Power BI experience (building dashboards and extracting meaningful insights).
- Proficient in Python or other relevant development languages for data analysis and automation.
- Prior experience reporting on AI usage or tracking digital tool adoption advantageous.
- Advanced skills with data manipulation, transformation and statistical modelling.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, including Power Query.
- Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence; able to extract and standardise data from development tools.
- Experience with data visualisation and presenting complex information simply.
- Familiarity with project methodologies and the SDLC.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Self‑organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Exposure to IT development projects in an operational environment.
- Experience in financial services.
