Early Careers & Graduates Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Early Careers & Graduate Manager to oversee the evolution of our talent programs. In this role, you will manage current recruitment cycles while leading the transition to a new, scaled delivery model. This is an excellent opportunity for a growth-oriented professional to expand our graduate population and design high-impact development content for the future.

• Manage the final delivery of the 2026 centrally funded intake while implementing the new Business Sector Funded model.
• Execute a roadmap to reach a steady state of 100 graduates within the next two years.
• Create and launch fresh, high-impact development recruitment processes tailored to our new delivery framework.
• Build deep ties with universities and lead recruitment initiatives in core regions to drive social mobility.
• Full accountability for Early Careers spend, ensuring financial efficiency during the transition to sector funding.

• An experienced recruiter or talent manager with a background in Early Careers or Graduate cycles.
• A confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders across various business sectors.
• A builder who enjoys designing new processes and content from the ground up.
• Analytically minded, with the ability to manage complex budgets and scale populations effectively.
