About

your team

You will be part of the FIL Platforms HR team that supports the business groups within the FIL Platforms. FIL Platforms brings together accountability for how Fidelity delivers key business capabilities end to end. It owns both day to day performance and ongoing improvement, so work is done once, scaled across the firm, and focused on client and investment outcomes.

About your role

Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partners, you will provide the full range of HR Advisory and Business Partner support to teams within the FIL Platforms group including:

  • Act as support to Senior HR Business Partners to run cyclical HR activities for FIL Platforms such as talent reviews, the annual compensation review cycle, salary benchmarking, and the promotions cycle.
  • Support the production and continuous improvement of monthly people reporting packs, analysing MI and workforce data to create clear dashboards and high-quality PowerPoint presentations that highlight key trends, risks and insights for management.
  • Manipulate and interpret HR data from multiple systems to generate actionable insights, using advanced Excel (or equivalent tools) to improve clarity and impact.
  • Provide administrative and practical support on day-to-day employee relations matters, helping managers with guidance, documentation and drafting communications, and escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with global HR partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure alignment of people initiatives, consistent application of policy and sharing of best practice across regions.
  • Support the development of manager capability by delivering lunch & learn sessions and practical guidance on common people topics, helping managers build confidence in handling situations independently.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and initiatives, such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and skills and capability programmes as well as our engagement survey, supporting delivery and coordination where required.
About you

Eager to grow your knowledge and accelerate your career in HR, you bring curiosity, commercial awareness and a forward‑thinking mindset. You are motivated by using data, insight and technology to enhance how HR delivers value in a global environment. You’ll succeed because you:
