They work diligently to meet their clients' needs, investing time to source only the best candidates. Their client base ranges from small startups to international corporations, all within the Digital Transformation space.

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant within Tech or Digital Transformation to join them in the next phase of their growth. This role is ideal for someone in an agency who performs a 360-degree role and may feel like just a number or not receive the financial rewards their success deserves. What is the job?

You will join a team of expert consultants specialising in their core markets, working with both small and large organisations, domestically and internationally. You'll be provided with top-tier tools, including an advanced technology stack to connect with industry-relevant candidates and clients efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include writing job adverts from client briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews, providing feedback, writing offers, and managing onboarding. You will also be expected to develop new client relationships and nurture long-term partnerships to maximise your earnings.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, preferably within an agency
  • Interest in Digital Transformation or Tech
  • Business Development skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Computer-literate
  • Commutable distance to Bristol/nearby areas
