The Opportunity

We are working with a leading fast growing, multi brand food and hospitality group to appoint a Group Head of People Services and Reward into a newly elevated role. As the business continues to scale, this hire will play a key role in professionalising and future-proofing the people services function, bringing consistency, efficiency and commercial thinking across the group.

This is a high impact position with real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to shape how people services and reward operate at group level.

The Role

Reporting at Director level, you will own the end to end people services agenda, combining strong operational HR delivery with reward, benefits and process improvement.

You will lead a small people services team and act as the go to expert for how people processes, pay and reward are designed, delivered and evolved across the business.

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands‑on, thrives in pace, and wants to build something meaningful rather than inherit a finished corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Group People Services team (circa 3 people)
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality service
  • Standardise and streamline people processes across multiple brands
  • Lead the reward and benefits agenda, including:
    • Salary and pay benchmarking
    • Bonus and incentive frameworks
    • Pay structures and matrices
    • Total reward and benefits optimisation
  • Identify efficiencies and improvements without over‑complicating processes
  • Proactively propose solutions aligned to business growth and market practice
  • Partner closely with senior leaders as a trusted people advisor
About You

You’ll bring a strong background in People Services, HR Operations or Shared Services, ideally within a fast paced, operational or multisite environment.
