We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientated Talent Coordinator to support our busy Talent team. As Talent Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly, supporting the candidate journey, and helping the wider team to work more efficiently and strategically.
You’ll work closely with the Talent team and hiring managers, and will be responsible for the coordination, administration and communication that underpins a smooth and professional hiring process from start to finish. In this role, you will need to be curious, organised, and proactive. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly.
No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is a strong eye for detail, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance. More information about security clearance is available here:
- Scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders, managing complex diaries and coordinating logistics (virtual and in-person).
- Posting job adverts across various platforms and ensuring they remain up to date.
- Carrying out initial searches or research tasks to help support early talent pipeline activity.
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing recruitment inboxes and our applicant tracking system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process with all associated administration.
- Preparing interview packs and supporting hiring managers with interview logistics.
- Coordinating feedback following interviews and supporting offer administration.
- Assisting with onboarding administration and handover to the People team where required.
- Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Ad-hoc support to the wider Talent and People team as the business continues to scale.
Essential skills and experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A positive, proactive approach to supporting colleagues and solving problems.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the People team.
- Comfortable using common tools like email, spreadsheets, and shared documents.
Highly desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in talent acquisition, people operations, or building a career in Talent.
- Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple tasks at pace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and solutions oriented.
- Hardworking and eager to learn; excited about playing a key role in helping us hire people who strengthen the business.
- Builds relationships well and enjoy working with people at all levels.
- Strong team player, but also able to work independently.
- Professional, personable and customer focused.
- Take pride in delivering high quality work and supporting others to do the same.
- Naturally curious and want to understand how things work so you can improve them over time.
- Strong IT skills, with confidence using calendars, spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems (or willingness to learn).
