This is a unique opportunity for a Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a young, vibrant, and fast-growing recruitment business based in the heart of Bristol. You'll be part of one of the company's top-performing teams giving you everything you need to fast-track your recruitment career straight to directorship from trainee,

From day one, you'll be trained to run your own recruitment desk as a business within a business. You'll take ownership of lead generation, candidate sourcing and selection, client relationships, and the full recruitment lifecycle. Working closely with the directors and senior leadership team, you'll gain first-hand exposure to what it takes to succeed, progress quickly, and build a long-term career in recruitment.
