We’re looking for a driven and energetic individual with previous recruitment experience to join our team. • Basic Salary: £31,500
• OTE: £35,000 – £37,000 with commission
• Company car / car allowance (£400 per month)

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates through proactive communication and aftercare
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business opportunities through sales calls, face‑to‑face meetings, and networking
• Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and development opportunities

Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
