They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their passionate team.

What is the Role?

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Education recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing high‑calibre candidates for various institutions. You will engage closely with clients to understand their specific needs and help candidates find fulfilling opportunities that align with their values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Education Sector.
  • Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay informed about sector trends, funding opportunities, and organisational challenges to better assist clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education Sector
  • Understanding of various roles within the Education Sectorand current market trends.
  • Strong foundations in recruitment processes tailored to Education
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Results‑driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and making a positive impact.
