Recruitment Consultant (Uncapped Commission) – Bristol City Centre. £28,000 (OTE £100k+ from year 2 onwards) + 25 Days Holiday + Rapid Progression + Personal Development + Paid Lunches + Paid Company Holidays

• In the role you'll be fully trained to run your own recruitment desk as a true business within the business.
• Take ownership of lead generation, candidate management, client relationships, and the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with the directors and senior leadership team, gaining first-hand exposure to what it takes to succeed at the highest level and progress quickly.
